The Honor View 10, essentially, the very well reviewed Huawei Mate 10 Pro, which almost costs twice as much. You've got essentially the same display, chipset, software, and camera setup. The only thing that's really changed is the body – which is now aluminium rather than glass. It really is fantastic value, only pipped by the OnePlus 5T's more stylish design.

OnePlus are renowned for combining the latest specs with a price you can't argue with, but their first two phones were pretty hit or miss, the OnePlus 5T is difficult to beat at this price. Budget smartphones always claim they can compete with the likes of Google, Samsung and LG, but few ever come close to the mark, the OnePlus 5T gives all three a run for their money by delivering a phone with a Snapdragon 835 processor and 6GB of RAM…6GB!
It's not just the specs that make this phone, it's the all aluminium chassis that gives the phone a premium look and feel, and the bezel-less 6-inch display.

3. SONY XPERIA XA1

You’ll struggle to find a better camera for this low, low price

REASONS TO BUY

+Very good camera +Slimline and stylish design

REASONS TO AVOID

-Screen is just so-so-Image processing is OTT

TODAY'S BEST DEALS

The Sony Xperia XA1 is a good budget buy with a superb camera sensor (23MP!). It’s a shame the camera software is a little too enthusiastic, though, with some quite over the top image processing taking place at times. Design-wise the phone looks great despite sporting a plastic back plate and the phone looks significantly more mature and premium than a lot of other similarly priced rival devices. Battery life is standard, as too is its 3GB of RAM, however performance is smooth and 720p screen perfectly matched.

4. iPhone SE

If we talk about iPhone, Apple is at the top of almost every platform they have tried. Be it the launch of new iPhone model or an update related to their OS. iPhone SE is a perfect choice for people who are looking for a handy phone. Its screen and design are apt to stay in the budgeted segment.
iPhone SE
Apple has smartly crammed features in this phone and priced it at par with other mid-range phones. Don’t try to compare it with Apple’s new offering because it will only disappoint you. The best part of iPhone SE is, it’s updated to the latest software from Apple and does sport a Touch ID fingerprint scanner. After all, it’s Apple and you can’t deny on its credibility.
5) HONOR 9 LITE
Honor 9 Lite  “mirror-like” premium glass finish and shiny 2.5D glass on the back may not make you believe it to be a budget smartphone, but it notably falls in the same segment. The phone is certainly a better-designed smartphone available right now on the market.
Honor 9 Lite
It packs a 5.65-inch Full HD screen, which makes the display much vibrant and dual-lens camera setup on both the front for some flawless photography. One of the major features this phone lacks is the fast charging support. Though, being in the budget phone segment, you have to co-op with few glitches. This Android phone is a true mid-range smartphone for the selfie-obsessed people.

6. Tempo Go

If you think the latest Android version is only supported in the top-end phones then you are highly mistaken. Tempo Go is a budget phone that runs on Android Oreo Go Edition. It means this phone will reap all the benefits of new feature and security measures been offered in the  Android Oreo.
Tempo go
Not only this, the smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 210 chipset and 1GB of RAM. It may sound below par, but don’t worry, Go performance is quite decent. A slot for microSD card can well take care of its 8GB of built-in storage. So, don’t get dejected on the memory space. If you are a big fan of Android’s new versions, especially “Oreo” then you need to grab this phone.

7. Alcatel Idol 5s

The name Alcatel may not be much familiar to many of you, but that doesn’t mean its devices can be taken lightly. Idol 5s is pitched in the mid-range segment and it does offer everything which you may get on any other smartphone at the same price. The Android phone offers Full HD screen, sleek design, fingerprint scanner, and  MediaTek MT6753 Octa-Core chipset with 3GB of RAM.
Alcatel Idol
The only edge it takes from other devices is its unique dual social account feature and creative video and photo techniques. Working on multiple social media accounts on a single device may be a dream for many, but with Alcatel Idol 5s, it is possible. The company is directly targeting social media-minded people with its model.

8. Azus Zenphone V

It's been awhile now, Asus’s smartphones are in the market and if the company is still coming out with other handsets then it surely defines its success. The Zenphone V is not the device which will stun you with its looks and urbane design.
Azus
But features like an AMOLED display, microSD storage, and a Snapdragon 820 chipset put it at par with some of the flagship devices of its competitors. Who will deny such formidable features in a budgeted price?

Conclusion-:

These smartphones are not the best in every aspect(except some) but they can give you a complete full-fledged smartphone. These are the best lot for common people and a good start for youngsters.
Good luck and hope you will like and follow me.
